How to use the Donor Recapture Statistics

This Dashboard provides additional visual references to your donor recapture trends.

The Donor Recapture Volumne & Revenue visualization looks at recapture trens over the last 10 years giving you a good high level view of the long term trend.

The Giving Recovery visualizations let you see the expected futire giving from donors who are recaptured relative to the amount they gave prior to lapsing.

The Revenue per Recapute visualization shows the average revenue per recaptured donor per year over the last 10 years.

The Level Migration visualization the segmentation level at which recaptured donors come back into your organization.

The Lapse Duration visualizations show the hisotirical number of recapture events by Lapse Duration (right visualization) as well as the historical retention rate of recaptured donors based on how long they were lapsed before being recatured (Left Visualization).

The recapture durability visualization let's you see how many donors that were recaptured lapsed gain after being recaptured. The table adds additional context.
